KC Choo (ARPS)

This small Kingfisher is a resident bird in Singapore. I had seen it previously and taken a record shot that was not a keeper. This time, at another location, I had one opportunity to photograph it, and I mean less than a minute. I did go back several times to the spot but I would miss it by getting there too late or leave too early!
